Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation in a liquid level (excess and insufficiency) in actual use. SOLUTION: A tip 1a of an injection nozzle 1 is inserted from an injection port 3a of a liquid reservoir 4 and temporarily fixed, liquid is injected into the liquid reservoir 4 in this state, and after injection, the liquid in the liquid reservoir 4 is sucked to a level where it can be sucked out from the injection nozzle 1. In this case, a liquid temperature measuring sensor 7 is placed on a part of the injection nozzle 1, wherein a liquid temperature measured by the sensor 7 at the time of injection is fed back to a numerical controller 8a of a nozzle position correction means 8. Based on position correction data calculated and converted from difference between the measured liquid temperature and pre-registered liquid temperature conditions in a container at the time of actual use such as inspection and a thermal expansion coefficient of the liquid, a position for inserting the tip of the injection nozzle into the container is automatically corrected, thereby keeping a liquid quantity at the time of actual use constant. |
