Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable any occupant in a river's seat, in front passenger's seat, and in a rear seat to use a portable telephone easily taken in hand, while preventing obstruction for passing of the occupant, in the case of providing an on-vehicle holder device so as to enable a driver to perform transmission/ reception with hand free relating to the portable telephone, in a vehicle of so-called walk through type. SOLUTION: A hold part holding a portable telephone 11 able to be mounted/ removed and a holder 50 having a connector 52 and a connection line 53 electrically connecting a hand free device arranged in the vicinity of a handle and the portable telephone 11 in a condition holding the portable telephone 11 by the hold part are provided, this holder 50, in a space between a driver's seat 1 and an in front passenger's seat 2, is provided behind a hand brake device 61 in the vicinity of this driver's seat 1.
