Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately accumulate a charging current for sure detection of full charging, even when a charging current is low under a condition in which a charging current changes irregularly. SOLUTION: This method is provided with a switch 4 for on-off controlling the charging current supplied from an AC adapter 1, a current detecting resistor 7 for detect the charging current and a microcomputer 6 which properly presets a minimum accumulatable charging current and turns off the switch 4, when the charging current detected by the current detecting resistor is less than a minimum charging current and turns on again after a fixed time. When the charging current is less than the minimum charging current, accumulation of charging current is stopped.
