Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove accumulated slime from the inside of a tank without using manual labor and to prevent the deposition and solidification thereof. SOLUTION: This device comprises a stand which is placed at the top edge of the electrolytic tank T and is hoistable by means of an overhead crane, a traveling rail 13 which is mounted at this stand, a motor driven chain block 2 which travels on this traveling rail 13, a submersible pump 3 which is hung to this motor driven chain block 2 and a stirring nozzle 4 and selector valve 41 which are installed thereto.
