Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively obtain a composite heat transfer pipe whose core twisted at given pitches is accurately and closely attached to an outer pipe over the whole circumference. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a composite heat transfer pipe, a twisted core 2 shorter than an outer pipe 1 is inserted therein, a grip part A free from any core is provided on each end of the outer pipe 1, the grip parts A are held by chucks and pulled to contract the diameter of the outer pipe 1, and the inner surface of the outer pipe 1 is closely attached to the outermost circumference of the core 2 over the whole circumference and length. The outer pipe 1 is preferably extended by 4-8% in the longitudinal direction. |
