Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more uniformly heat the entire garbage and ferment fungi to optimum temp., to maintain this and to quickly and uniformly execute the garbage disposal. SOLUTION: This device is constituted so as to stir the garbage within a body part 2 with a stirrer 3 and to ferment the garbage by the ferment fungi. The stirrer 3 consists of a rotating shaft 4 and stirring paddles 5, which protrudes from this rotating shaft 4 and stirs the garbage by the rotation of the rotating shaft 4, and the rotating shaft 4 and/or the stirring paddles 5 are heated.
