Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antimicrobial resin mixture having excellent transparency and surface gloss of a cured material and small change in color of a product even in the exposure of a cured material to hot water and an antimicrobial molded product. SOLUTION: This antimicrobial mixture is obtained by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of a thermosetting resin or 100 pts.wt of the total of the thermosetting resin and a polymerizable monomer with (B) 0.1-300 pts.wt. of an antimicrobial component composed of an alkaline earth metal hydroxide. This antimicrobial molded product is obtained by curing the antimicrobial resin mixture.
