PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote farming, to deliver farm products to consumers without any waste at the same time, and to efficiently perform the production and distribution of the farm products by reserving total quantity to be purchased or the like before the seeding of the farm products, and communicating desired shipping quantity to farming producers before harvesting and shipping. SOLUTION: A control center presents the shippable period, presentable producing districts, and standard prices of farm products as planned basic data. A farm product purchaser designates the purchase item, kind, purchase period, purchase quantity, and purchase desired destination of producing district or the like, and makes a yearly purchase plan. A farming producer designates the seeding item, kind, harvesting period, quantity to be harvested or the like, and makes a yearly production plan. The control center and a farming producer management group adjust the supply and demand. The established farm product pre-seeding preservation data are communicated to the farming producer management group and the farming producer. The quantity to be shipped from the purchaser side are communicated through the control center by shipping date quantity units one week before the harvesting and shipping, and the farming producer management group adjusts the harvesting and shipping.
