Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a low acceleration with high precision by forming a diaphragm of synthetic resin material and containing a reinforcement in it if necessary. SOLUTION: A diaphragm 1, which is formed of synthetic resin material containing woven/nonwoven fabric as reinforcing fiber material spread in the surface direction, is formed integrally with a weight 2 and a base 3. The diaphragm 1 is formed into a rectangular plate shape and provided with a thickness of 0.15 mm. The inside of the base 3 is formed into a cylindrical shape. Liquid crystal polymer or the like is used as the synthetic resin material, while glass fiber or the like is used as the reinforcement material. The diaphragm 1 is provided with a deformable area 1a, to which a detection part 5 is connected, and a undeformable area 1b, which surrounds the deformable area la and is supported by the base 3. The deformable area 1a is formed of synthetic resin material, so that its flexibility allows its deformation sufficiently even when low acceleration of 2G or less is applied to the weight 2. In addition, the number of parts can be reduced because of integral molding, so that production is facilitated and the weight 2 can be accurately installed in place. |
