Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost crosslinked foam suitable as a shoe sole material, having a high wet-skid resistance and a low shrinkage after crosslinking foaming. SOLUTION: The foam is obtained by crosslinking foaming a rubber composition containing (A) 1,2-polybutadiene wherein the vinyl bond content is 70% or larger, the crystallinity is 5% or larger and the intrinsic viscosity [η] (determined in a toluene solvent at 30 deg.C) is 0.5 dl/g or larger, (B) at least one chosen from a natural rubber, a diene synthetic rubber except the 1,2-polybutadiene of (A) and a block copolymer of an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene compound here, the weight ratio of components (A) to (B) [(A)/(B)] is from 30/70 to 90/10}, (C) a foaming agent and (D) a crosslinking agent, through injection molding or transfer molding. |
