Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To slowly lower an elbow holder, prevent the elbow holder from heavily hitting a floor surface and a user, and prevent an impact sound from arising by a method wherein the elbow holder main body is axially supported by a toilet device in a manner to be freely rotatable, and on the shaft of the elbow holder main body, a cushioning means is arranged. SOLUTION: An elbow holder main body 1 comprises L-shaped base parts 11a, 11b, elbow holding bodies 16a, 16b and I-shaped leg parts 12a, 12b, and the base parts 11a, 11b are constituted of rotary screws 15a, 15b and holding members 17a, 17b. The end parts of the holding members 17a, 17b are axially supported by shafts 14a in a manner to be freely turntable. The leg parts 12a, 12b are constituted of leg members 18a, 18b height adjusting members 19a, 19b, leg part joint members 20a, 20b and contact members 21a, 21b made of rubber which come into contact with a floor. On a bearing parts 9a, 9b, damper mounting parts 10a, 10b on which dampers 13a, 13b are mounted are formed.
