Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress discharge between relay contacts, reduce the fusion loss of a contact, and prevent the short-circuit of battery current by arranging an off contact of a second wiper relay in series to an off contact of a first wiper relay for switching a driving circuit and a braking circuit of a wiper motor. SOLUTION: When #1 LO relay 40 and #2 LO relay 50 are connected in series and an off contact 46 and an off contact 56 are connected in series, each voltage applied to between a moving contact 44 and the off contact 46, and between a moving contact 54 and the off contact 56 becomes a lower value then the total voltage value of braking current. When each voltage value applied to the moving contacts 44 and 54 becomes smaller than the total voltage value, the voltage value is decreased in a relatively early stage, as the moving contacts 44, 54 go away from the off contacts 46, 56. Discharge generating between the moving contacts 44, 54 and the off contact 46, 56 has small discharge energy, short discharge time, and the fusion loss of the contact caused by discharge can be suppressed. Short of battery current is surely prevented.
