Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-wavelength optical integrated element capable of making it small in size by integrating the function for obtaining a read-out signal such as various kinds of servo signals and RF signals in an optical system requiring two and more numbers of light sources. SOLUTION: Plural light sources L1, L2...Ln having different light emitting wavelengths are confronted with each other through the middle part of an element and located on the symmetric positions to the middle part of the element. A polyhedron micro-prism 1 in the middle part of the element has (n+1) 45 deg. oblique surfaces if a number of light sources is odd and (n) 45 deg. oblique surfaces P1, P2...Pn if it is even numbers. |
