Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wrong slip from being issued even when a person who is poor in accounting knowledge operates by giving new slip numbers to slips in response to the confirmation of consistency of input data by an inspecting means. SOLUTION: A terminal device 21 of a local processor 20 installed in a business department is connected by a line to the disk drive 11 of a host processor 10. Then access from a master table 15 is gained so as to store the latest number data in the disk drive 11. Namely, new slip numbers are given to slips and stored in the disk drive 11 in response to the confirmation of the consistency of input data by inspecting whether or not the relativity between input items of pieces of data inputted to input items of an input screen of a terminal device 21 is correct or incorrect by referring to an interitem comparison table prescribing the relativity between input items of slips by using the master table 15. |
