Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spherical blade end mill, being improved in the cutting property of a spherical blade end mill, excellent in tool rigidity, to make the cutting property and tool rigidity coexist, having high freedom in a feeding direction in particular, permitting high-speed cutting in accordance with axis- tilted cutting, and obtaining high working accuracy. SOLUTION: In a solid end mill equipped with plural circular arc cutting blades 2 having a profile inscribing a sphere on one end of a tool main body 1, and a shank 3 on another end, the cutting blades 2 have inclination to an end mill axial line, and at least one blade out of the cutting blades 2 is arranged via the end mill tip and the largest diameter part in the end mill outer periphery, so that the blade root end can be directed to the end mill axial line, thereby placing the cutting blades 2 across a hermisphere.
