Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly manufacture corrugated grooves while maintaining high productivity by abutting a form rolling roller on the surface of a long joining roller, moving a steel plate to be joined to form a plurality of rows of corrugated grooves in the surface width direction of the steel to be joined. SOLUTION: A plurality of rows of corrugated grooves capable of forming the intended slip coefficient in the body circumferential direction of a roller 1 are formed in the width direction of the roller 1 to form a form rolling roll 1. A plurality of rows of corrugated grooves formed on the surface of a steel plate to be joined are formed by forming the depth of a recessed part of the grooves of the form rolling roller 1 to be larger than the height of a projecting part, and the recessed part of the grooves 4 in a steel plate 3 to be joined is pressed by the projecting part of the grooves of the form rolling roller 1. The steel plate to be extruded by forming recessed parts, is inserted into adjacent projecting parts, the height of the projecting parts can be larger than the depth of the recessed parts, and the projecting parts can be formed higher than the surface of the steel plate 3 to be joined.
