Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive stabilization of the guality of a paste and enhancement of productivity of the paste, by a method wherein a base material only is moved at least longer than the length of the diameter of holes on the base material in the horizontal direction to separate the base material from a porous material in a state that the porous material is fixed on the base material and thereafter, vacuum suction of the porous material is released to take out the base material from under the lower part of the porous material. SOLUTION: A paste 19 on a pattern 12a is filled in holes formed in a base material 18 by a squeegee mechanism 3. After the movement of a paper 15e is prevented by damping and holding, which are conducted by an elastic body 11 and a block 10, the point of a non-paste filled part of the base material 18 is pinched by shear chucks 16, and the base material 18 is a little moved horizontally to a paper 15e to open the abutment of the upper surface of the paper 15e with the paste 19 on the lower parts of the holes formed in the base material 18. Accordingly, there are no undurations of the paper 15e and the rumple of the paper 15e. As the paper 15e and the base material 18 can be moved in parallel to each other in a state that the paper 15e and the base material 18 are closely adhered to each other, separation of the non-paste filled part from the paper 15e can be stabilized.
