Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate control valve having flexibility. SOLUTION: A flow rate control valve is provided with a valve element 3 provided with a valve chest 2 and a raw water inlet 10, a catchment member 4 provided with a catchment passage 8 corresponding to the valve chest 2 and a raw water outlet 15, and a cover member 6 provided with a space part 27 corresponding to the valve chest 2 and a water circulating passage 22 communicated with the raw water inlet 10, the catchment member 4 is fixed to one side of the valve element 3, and the cover member 6 is fixed to the other side of the valve element 3 through a diaphragm 5, a flow rate control mechanism is arranged on a part for communicating the valve chest 2 and the catchment passage 8 with each other, the diaphragm 5 is operated, an operating mechanism 7 is arranged so as to supply the raw water to the valve chest 2 and stop to supply the raw water to the valve chest 2, and a solenoid valve 9 is arranged so as to control the operating mechanism 7.
