Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating a makeup cosmetic, capable of suitably estimating makeup retainability important as a quality factor of the makeup cosmetic for summer. SOLUTION: This method for evaluating makeup cosmetic comprises using as indices the lowering of body surface temperature before and after the makeup and the number of granules left on a skin or its analogue coated with a primer cosmetic, after the granules capable of being recognized with naked eyes in the granular form are loaded on the skin or its analogous matter and subsequently physically irritated. The invention can provide a method for evaluating the makeup cosmetic, capable of suitably estimating cosmetic retainability important as a qualify factor of the makeup cosmetic for summer.
