Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent polluted particles from clogging when the system is in operation. SOLUTION: An insertion body is provided with a thread part 7, and with a head 6, and the thread part 7 is threadedly engaged with the portion 8 provided with screw thread of a passage, so that a portion closely disposed is thereby formed in the passage. The head 6 of the insertion body 5 located in the upstream of the thread part 7, is provided with a cylindrical and circumferential wall 10, the circumferential wall 10 acting as a filter with respect to the wall 11 of the passage 1, is also formed into an annular gap 14 useful as a part of a conduction part, and the insertion body 5 is formed with inflow parts 22 and 23 acting as the other portion of the conduction part between the head 6 and the screw portion 7. The inflow parts 22 are connected with a bag hole 20 having a throttle 21 in the axial direction, which is communicated with the surface of the insertion body 5 located at the downstream side of the annular gap 14.
