Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supplying device to prevent the occurrence of interference between a gas discharge duct and air supply duct, piping of which are effected, and facilitate the execution of a work. SOLUTION: By forming an air supply port 6 in a front and disposing a box-form air supply box 4, to which an air supply duct 7 communicated with an outdoor place is connected, at the side of a range hood 3, a distance between a gas discharge duct 9 of the range hood 3 and the air supply duct 7 is increased. A work is easily executed in a state that the gas discharge duct 9 is prevented from interfering with the air supply duct 7.
