Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the moldability, dimensional stability, mechanical strength properties and heat resistance of an instrumental panel with pad by employing a certain polypropylene resin, an ethylene-octene copolymer rubber and talc. SOLUTION: 50-72 wt.%, preferably 60-70 wt.% of a polypropylene resin, obtained by compounding a crystalline propylene-ethylene block copolymer or a crystalline propylene-ethylene copolymer and a propylene homopolymer, having an ethylene content of 1.5-11 wt.%, a melt flow rate (230 deg.C, 2.16 kg) of 10-50 g/10 min. and an isotactic pendant fraction, determined by 13C-NMR analysis of the propylene homopolymer moiety, of 96% or higher, 5-20 wt.% of an ethylene-octene copolymer rubber having a melt flow rate (230 deg.C, 2.16 kg) of 0.3-5.0 g/10 min. and density of 0.865-0.875 g/cm and 23-30 wt.%, preferably 6-15 wt.% of talc having an average particle size (by a laser light scattering particle size distribution measuring apparatus) of 3-7 μm are blended such that the total of the three components is 100 wt.%.
