PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently specify a product to be repaired and primary factor of the occurrence of a fault while flexibly adapting to a variety of manufacturing processes by making a history by allowing the product to correspond to combination of manufacture number corresponding to its own process and identifier of its own process in plural manufacture number setting means. SOLUTION: The manufacture number setting means 12-1 to 12-M give manufacture numbers to intermediate products manufactured individually through plural M processes constituting the production line of the product. In individual process supplying some ready-made intermediate product among those plural M processes, a history making means 13 makes a history by allowing the product to correspond to combination of the manufacture number of the ready-made intermediate products and the identifier of the former process and combination of production number set by the one of the manufacture number setting means 12-1 to 12-M corresponding to its own process among the manufacture number setting means 12-1 to 12-M and the identifier of its own process in the tracing- back direction of the production line.
