SOLUTION: Related to a fan coil unit 1 comprising a heat-exchange coil 5 for communicating a heat source water and a blower 4, a temperature/humidity sensor 6 for detecting temperature and humidity in a room, and a computer 7 wherein the temperature and humidity detected with the temperature/humidity sensor 6 are respectively compared to set temperature and humidity and an air volume of the blower 4 is changed so that the detected temperature and humidity may be specified temperature and humidity, respectively, are provided.
