Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make lots of scan reports complete within a limited time independently of the time to specify an instance by even when a monitor object is changed due to a change or the like of conditions of stations being components of a network with respect to the scan report system where the instance is located by a scope and a filter of a CMIP function based on an OSI model to conduct scanning and to generate the scan reports. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a scanner registration section 1 that registers parameters for a scope 1a and a filter 1b and a scan list generating section 2 that extracts in advance an instance 2a of configuration data having the parameters in matching with the scope 1a and the filter 1b and registered in the scanner registration section 1 to generate a scan list 5. A scan report section 3 collects data in the operating state of the network as to the instance 2a set to the generated scan list 5.
