Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject cosmetic useful for preventing or improving wrinkles, especially result from light, etc., by including ingredients having a specific dermal collagen fibrous bundle and ingredients having inflammation- suppressing action. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is obtained by including 0.01-10 wt.% one or more kind of ingredients having a specific dermal collagen fibrous bundle (e.g. ursolic acid or its physiologically permissible salt or derivative or essence of loquat of the family Rosaceae, peach of the family Rosaceae, jujube tree of the family Rhamnaceae or Sambucus nigra L. of the family Caprifoliaceae) and 0.01-10 wt.% one or more kinds of ingredients having inflammation- suppressing action (e.g. essence of Sanguisorba officinalis of the family Rosaceae, Artemisia capillaris of the family Compositae, Fagara mantschurica of the family Rutaceae or salicylic acid).
