Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the stable control of an internal-combustion engine by providing slits between the sensor element-mounting part and a terminal connecting part of a printed board and preventing output fluctuations from occurring in a sensor element even with stress exerted on the printed board from a terminal. SOLUTION: In a printed board 3, a sensor element and an electronic circuit part 10 are mounted on a sensor element-mounting part 3a, and the lands 3b of a terminal connecting part 3c are extended from the supporting part of a metal cover to connect and fix a terminal. Slits 11 are provided between the sensor element-mounting part 3a and the terminal connecting part 3c so as to pass through the printed board approximately in parallel with the alignment of the lands 3b. By this, even if the terminal is displaced and stress is exerted on the printed board 3 due to changes in temperature and pressure exerted on a connector part, distortion in the printed board 3 is absorbed by the slits 11. Therefore, as only the terminal connecting part 3c is distorted, it is possible to suppress output fluctuations in the mounted sensor element and to control an internal combustion engine stably. |
