Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable small-sized information processor which can effectively radiate the heat generated by electronic components mounted on a circuit board. SOLUTION: Heat radiation plates 16 (16a, 16b) which cool the electronic components 12a and 12b generating heat are so provided that their one-end sides are extended almost to the fulcrum 17 of rotation between a main body casing 11 and a display part 14 (closed state 14a, open state 14b). Opening parts 18 (18a, 18b) are formed in the top surface of the main body housing 11 along the center line of the fulcrum 17 of rotation. One end of the extended heat radiation plate 16 is arranged so that it is exposed in the opening part 18. The opening part 18 is always covered with a display part 14, so a human body such as a finger never directly touches the exposed part of the heat radiation plate 16. Therefore, the heat generated by the electronic components can be radiated safely and efficiently.
