Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work machine capable of preventing earth from scattering from component members of an attachment to a driver seated, having a low fixed part. SOLUTION: This work machine is provided with an upper rotary body 61 rotatably installed on an upper part of a lower running body; an attachment 62 erectably provided at a closer part to one side of the upper rotary body 61; a seat 65 installed at a closer part to the other side of the upper rotary body 61; and a partition plate 66 having a transparent member 77 at a specified part and provided to stand on the upper rotary body 61 to partition the closer part to the one side from the closer part to the other part in the upper rotary body 61. Elimination of a canopy makes height of a fixed part low, and by the partition plate 66, scatter of earth from the attachment 62 to a driver seated 65 is prevented.
