Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compsn. having excellent corrosion resistance, adhesion property to a coating film and lubricating property by incorporating heavy metals or salts of these and an acryl resin soluble or dispersible with water or having emulsion forming property and containing amino groups or ammonium groups, hydroxyl groups and hydrophobic groups. SOLUTION: This compsn. containing an acryl resin for surface treatment contains an acryl resin by about 0.01 to 10 g/l and heavy metals or salts of these by 0.01 to 10 g/l. The acryl resin is soluble or dispersible with water or has emulsion forming property and contains at least an amino group or ammonium group expressed by formula I, II (in formulae, R1 to R5 are each hydrogen, hydroxyl groups, 1-,5C alkyl or hydroxyalkyl groups). The compsn. is brought into contact with a metal surface, washed and dried for surface treatment. The acryl resin has about 500 to 100,000 mol.wt. and has 1 to 10 amino groups or ammonium groups, 1 to 10 hydroxyl groups, and 1 to 5 hydrophobic groups per 1,000 mol.wt. The heavy metal is preferably Zr, Mo and W. |
