Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform the recovery of coolant at the time of a heating operation by guiding coolant to the side of an outdoor exchanger at the time of a cooling operation and to the side of a bypass pipe at the time of the heating operation, providing a recovery pipe returning coolant stayed in the outdoor heat exchanger to the suction side of a compressor and switching a coolant channel to the side of the cooling operation at the initial time of the heating operation. SOLUTION: At the time of a cooling operation, a cooling cycle guiding coolant discharged from a compressor 9 to a main condenser 10 is formed. At the time of a heating operation, a heating cycle directly guiding coolant to a subcondenser 6 by bypassing coolant around the main condenser 10 is formed. At the initial time of the warming operation, a four way type valve 12 is temporarily set to the side of the cooling operation and the four way type valve 12 is switched to the side of an original heating operation at a point of time when an output of a proper pressure sensor reaches a prescribed value or more after coolant is flowed to the main condenser 10 and the internal pressure is raised. Therefore, a pressure difference required for the moving of coolant can be secured, coolant staying within the main condenser 10 can be effectively recovered and lowering of heating performance is eliminated.
