Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to mold caps having the plural kind of sizes, and also capable of making a fine adjustment at the time of molding them. SOLUTION: This device is constituted so as to mold a cap having a cylinder portion Sa by draw processing of an inner peripheral portion of a round hole formed at a center portion of a plate member S. In this case, two through-holes 11a of different diameters are formed on a bottom die 11 on one hand, a clamp plate 29 is installed to clamp the plate member S on the bottom die 11 by an elevating action of an elevating cylinder 25, and two draw forming portions 16, 17, the processing diameters of which are different, are also attached to the bottom end portion of a rotary shaft 13, which is capable of driving rotation and movable in a shaft direction. The draw processing diameters of the draw forming portions 16, 17 are thus made adjustable by a long hole and a fixed bolt.
