Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a laser whose coherent length is not long and to improve mass productivity by arranging an optical member having the recurrence of light on the surface on either side of a hologram photosensitive material and irradiating the hologram photosensitive material with light from a light source for exposure from the other surface side of the hologram photosensitive material side. SOLUTION: A hologram photosensitive material 15 is arranged and held on a transparent substrate 16. The material 15 is irradiated with a laser beam for exposure emitted from a light source for exposure 18 through a spatial filter 17. Meanwhile, the optical member 14 having the recurrence of the light is arranged on the surface of an opposite side to the side of the material 15 opposed to the light source 18. Then, after the light from the light source for exposure is transmitted through the material 15, it is made to recur by the member 14 and the material 15 is exposed with the light directly irradiated to the hologram and the recurrent light. Thus, the material 15 is exposed without dividing the laser beam for exposure into two. |
