Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a state of progress of respective steps and remaining operation time to be grasped instantly by indicating changing states on a graph corresponding to advance of operation time in constant temperature step operation or corresponding to changing states of temperature in variable temperature step operation. SOLUTION: A part of horizontal and diagonal graphs is indicated in black and the increase of the black indication part toward right and left represents progress of operation. The black indication part is divided into N equal-length elements. In the case corresponding to changes in temperature, 1/N of the difference between a fixed temperature Tn-1 of the previous step and a fixed temperature of the present step is defined as a standard value ΔT and the black indication number (n) from a measuring temperature Tt of the present, n=(Tt - Tn-1 )/ΔT (n is an integer, omission of a remainder), is obtained, which is indicated in black. While in the case of a horizontal graph corresponding to time, l/N of a fixed time Hn is defined as a standard value 6H, and the black indication number (n) from advanced hours up to the present Ht , n=Ht /ΔH (n is an integer, omission of a remainder), is obtained, which is indicated in black.
