Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming detector which correctly detects incoming of a call signal. SOLUTION: A transmission unit 10 is so set that a portable terminal 1 is clipped from both sides by two supporting arms 17a and 17b. When it is set, an optical sensor 13 of the transmission unit 10 is placed so as to cover an incoming lamp 6 of the portable terminal 1. A control circuit part of the transmission unit 10 detects lighting for incoming response of the incoming lamp 6 by the optical sensor 13 and transmits this detection signal from an antenna through a transmission circuit with a prescribed frequency. A reception unit put in a pocket of a shirt or the like receives the detection signal of the transmission unit 10 to drive a vibrator.
