Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an axial rolling bearing simply at a low cost by arranging a support ring formed separately from first/second washers to decide the radius direction inside position of a rotator. SOLUTION: A support bearing 27 formed loosely and separately is arranged in a circle drawn by an inside roller end surface 26 in order to regulate the movement to the inside in the radius direction of a cylindrical roller 15. This support ring 27 forms a slit 28 on one place in the circumferential direction and contacts to the inside roller end surface 26 in the radius direction elastically. The height H in the axial direction of the support ring 27 is smaller than a clearance A in the axial direction between the guide track 25 of a washer 13 and the guide track 29 of the washer 16. Thereby, a clearance is generated and a lubrication oil can be put in the space inside the bearing. As each part of the axial rolling bearing is constituted as a unit structure by the expansion part 23 entered in a ring shape groove 22 and the support ring 27, the bearing can be assembled in advance by a seal ring 17.
