Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hollow needle-shaped article having safty and a high strength by providing a groove for passing a laison string at the upper part of a hollow-shaped main body and also forming the top part of an article to be a pointed cannonball shape and providing an opening part for ejecting the linking string at the neck part of the top end part. SOLUTION: Materials for forming are produced by stamping a metallic leaf material. These are bent by press forming to be the whole of a main body and the forming of a hallow cylinder part into which the T-shaped part of a linking string made of nylon is to be inserted is performed and the top end part 10 of the cylinder part is formed to be a cannonball shape by buttingly joining halberd-shaped top end ridgelines. Moreover, an ellipse-shaped opening part 15 is formed on the upper part of the top end part 10 by applying a working on the top end part 10. Furthermore, the hollow cylinder part is formed by providing a space at the joining part of the upper surface of the hallow cylinder part and the space is used as a groove 16 having a width through which the linking string made of nylon can pass. Thus, since the needle-shaped top end part 10 is formed in the cannonball shaped in this manner, the strength of the top end part 10 is high and the insertion resistance of the part 10 is small, a substance to be inserted is not damaged. |
