Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sealing property, vapor proofness, dustproofness by arranging an upper cover above the case body so as to cover this, and making a heat exchanging part of a projection-form fin at the upper position provided at the bulkhead of the case body and a cooling air passage. SOLUTION: An upper cover 2 is arranged above the case body 1 so as to cover this, and an air intake 21 is opened in the upper cover 2, and also a cooling air passage 22 is made between the case body 1 and the upper cover 2, and this cooling air passage 22 is provided with an outer fin 4 so that the air can pass. Moreover, projection-form fins 21A are arranged on both sides of the bulkhead 11 of the case body 1, and also rib-form fins 12B are arranged on the external flank, and a heat exchanging part 5 is made of the projection- form fin 12A above it and the cooling air passage 22. Hereby, sealing property, vapor proofness, and dustproofness can be secured.
