Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sealing performance of a gas bag and to reduce the size and weight thereof and to quickly insert it. SOLUTION: A gas bag body 1 is formed such that a cylindrical body 2 and a pair of side circular surface members 3, 3a for closing both ends thereof shape a drum when it is expanded. An air pipe 4 for charging/discharging compressed air into/from the bag body 1 comprises a vertical hard pipe 5 and branch pipes 6 each of which is branched in a horizontal direction at the lower part of the vertical pipe 5 and connects the charging port 7 of the tip end thereof to the side surface member 3 or 3a of the bag body 1. The bag body 1 is wound around the vertical pipes 5 and is inserted into a gas pipe 10 through an inserting hole 11 of the gas pipe and then is expanded. When the bag body 1 is took out, it is collapsed and wound around the vertical pipes 5 and then is pulled out. |
