PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform installing execution work of a handrail to a wall surface of a house or the like by arranging grooves to display an installing position of a support metal fitting on a peripheral surface of the handrail, and installing the support metal fitting along the grooves. SOLUTION: Grooves 2 and 2 having a proper depth are arranged in an almost central position of a peripheral surface in the peripheral surface lengthwise direction of handrail constituting members 1 and 1. Next, the plural handrail constituting members 1 are connected to each other along a wall surface of a bathroom or the like through a connecting tool 6. Next, bracket installing holes 4 of brackets 3 and 3 are positioned along a line of the grooves 2, and the brackets 3 are installed on a peripheral surface of the handrail constituting members 1 by using screws 5. The screws are inserted into installing holes 8 of the brackets 3 to a wall or the like, and the brackets 3 are installed on the wall surface. Therefore, handrail installing execution work can be easily performed.
