Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring about high grade feeling of a passport cover in appearance and to prevent deterioration of use feeling by long term using, by forming the cover main body with woven fabric. SOLUTION: This passport cover main body 1 is formed by a sheet of fabric with a size sufficient to cover the whole cover parts of a passport 20. The substrate cloth of the cover main body 1 is formed by fabric 2, for instance, jacquard fabric weaved with warp and weft. Thus, proper flexibility is obtained and it gives skin touch better than that of one made of a synthetic resin. High grade feeling in appearance never seen in the past can be brought about by embroidery and/or special sewing/special processing are made on the fabric, Further, the high grade feeling is improved more by using gold thread or silver thread. Inserting bag parts 6 and 7 to retain each end of the surface cover 21 and the back cover 22 are equipped inside surface and back face of the cover main body 1.
