Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spare tire fixture capable of fixing a normal tire and a temporary tire to a vehicle body. SOLUTION: A spare tire fixing tool is composed of a fastening member 1 in which a thread part 2 is formed on the lower end and a head part 3 for the screwing operation is provided on the upper end of a shaft part, and a disk-shaped tire presser 10 in which a collar part 12 whose both upper and lower surfaces are taken as first and second tire presser surfaces 12a, 12b is projectingly provided on the upper end of a shaft cylindrical part 11 whose both end surfaces are taken as first and second annular receiving seat surfaces 11a, 11b so that a large step corresponding to the difference of tire widths of a normal tire and a temporary tire may be formed between the lower end surface of the shaft cylindrical part 11 and the lower surface of the collar part 12.
