Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a transparent base body of any three-dimensional structure to be imparted with high electromagnetic shielding effect by a method, wherein a patch sheet composed of a first transparent base film and a metal layer and a black resist layer both formed on the base layer can be pasted on a second transparent base film. SOLUTION: A patch sheet 4 is equipped with a transparent first base film 1 and a metal layer 2 formed on all the surface of the transparent base film 1. The first base film 1 is formed of acrylic resin, polycarbonate resin or the like. The metal layer 2 is formed of, for example, gold or copper which is sufficiently enough in conductivity to shield an object from electromagnetic waves. A black resist layer 3 formed of photoresist or printed resist, similar to the metal layer 2 in properties, is provided onto the metal layer 2 for the formation of the patch sheet 4. The patch sheet 4 prepared this way is pasted on a board, so that a three-dimensional object or a transparent second base film 5 having a functional layer through the intermediary of an adhesive layer 6 has the first transparent base film 1 as the outside surface.
