SOLUTION: The ultrasonic inspection device is provided with a case body 101 forming an opening closed by the specimen face of a specimen 150 during inspection, an ultrasonic probe 104 for transmitting an ultrasonic wave through the opening, a division film SF dividing the case body 101 between the case body 101 and the ultrasonic probe 104, a water feed pipe 114a for feeding water to a lower chamber DP formed between the division film SF and the opening.
