Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop a notch part in which a member to be bound is to be fitted at a set position in winding and binding the member to be bound by a binding thread at a binding position. SOLUTION: This binding equipment is constructed as follows. A notch is provided in a part of the circumference of a gear 27, a member to be bound is engaged with the notch and a binding thread is wound around the member to be bound for binding. In this case, a cam 90 which rotates interlocking with the gear 27 having the notch and a roller 91 for stopping the rotation by touching the cam 90 are provided. The roller 91 is so constructed that the same presses at the completion of the winding action of the binding thread interlocking with the binding action and stops the notch at the set position.
