SOLUTION: This removing method of fibers, etc., from raw laver comprises loosely sliding a knife 4 to a plate 1 having permeable holes for passing through the raw laver to keep the fibers, etc., between the plate 1 and the knife 4. The apparatus is composed of a pushing cylinder 3 screwed at the central part of the plate 1, an end of a rotation shaft 5 pierced through the pushing cylinder 3, an inner end face of the pushing cylinder 3 attached to a boss of the knife 4 inserted in the rotation shaft 5 and a fixing nut screwed into the outer end part of the pushing cylinder 3. |
