Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the support structure of the piezoelectric vibration device with high reliability in which the mount precision of a piezoelectric diaphragm is improved and deterioration in the electric characteristic and defective products are prevented. SOLUTION: In the support structure of the piezoelectric vibration device where a piezoelectric diaphragm 90 to which electrodes are formed are supported to a base 8 upright by using the support and a conductive adhesive from both sides and from a lower part and which is provided with a center support plate 87 connecting at least a base vicinity part of the piezoelectric diaphragm and the base electrically and mechanically, the center support 87 has a base coupling part 87a and a piezoelectric diaphragm coupling part 87b, the piezoelectric diaphragm coupling part 87b is placed above the base coupling part 8 via a fold back part 87c. Furthermore, a V-shaped slit 871c for piezoelectric diaphragm insertion is provided to the fold back part of the center support 87.
