Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and exactly attain communication by increasing communicating frequency while setting the same frequency at the time of providing plural antenna units. SOLUTION: Each antenna unit 16-18 arranged at the gantry of a charge collecting place is set with the same frequency so that the communicating period of the adjacent one can be alternate, and a down-link period for transmitting a question signal and an up-link period for transmitting a non-modulated carrier wave and receiving the response signal are set as the communicating period. An on-vehicle equipment 30 receives a signal, generates a response signal by a controlling circuit 42, transmits it by reflection, fixes the communicating party, and operates a communication processing. The communicating period is shifted between the adjacent antenna units so that any radio interference can not be generated. Also, the down-link period and the up-link period are made coincident between the separated antenna units 16 and 18 whose communicating areas are not overlapped so that any radio interference can not be generated.
