Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice temperature preserving water tank unit which is excellent in cooling efficiency and easy in keeping the temperature at the constant value, and an ice temperature preservation vehicle. SOLUTION: A heat insulating storage water basin part 1 in which the food 8 is immersed in water or sea water W (ice temperature water) and preserved, and a supercooling part 4 in which water or sea water W taken out of the storage water basin 1 is supercooled, and returned are provided. Because the food 8, etc., is directly cooled by water or sea water (ice temperature water) W, the cooling efficiency is very excellent. Because the ice temperature water whose specific heat is larger than that of air is used for the medium for cooling, the temperature change is difficult to generate even when the basin is brought into contact with the outside air, and easy to keep the temperature at the constant value.
