Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten the burden on an administrator by dividing constitution information on a node into blocks in proper administration units, retrieving necessary alteration detailed information according to the number of a block where altered information is present, and providing it to the administrator. SOLUTION: When the constitution of the node 11 is altered, alteration outline information including the altered block number is sent to a network administration device 100. A display device 120 displays the alteration position of the altered constitution information and informs the network administrator of the alteration position. To know more detailed information, the network administrator specifies and requests the alteration position by using an input device 140 and then the network administration device 100 generates and sends a command requesting the gathering of alteration detailed information to the node 11. The node 11 retrieves the block number, and edits and sends the alteration detailed information which is stored inside to the network administration device 100, so that the information is displayed on a display device 120.
